Randall Eckman Obituary, MANORVILLE BOROUGH, Pa. — Randall Eckman, 51, of Manorville Borough, Pennsylvania, has died following a house fire that occurred amid a reported domestic dispute on August 7, 2026.
According to Pennsylvania State Police Kittanning, troopers were dispatched at approximately 10:52 a.m. to a residence at 618 Hill Street after receiving reports of an active domestic dispute and a structure fire.
When troopers arrived, multiple fire departments were already at the scene working to extinguish the blaze. Authorities subsequently began searching the surrounding area as they investigated the circumstances of the incident.
During the response, state police located and apprehended 35-year-old Tiffany Kaufman of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, according to authorities. Kaufman was later arrested and charged with arson in connection with the fire.
Investigators identified Eckman, a resident of Manorville Borough, as the victim in the incident. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances that led to his death.
Following her arrest, Kaufman was arraigned and remanded to the Armstrong County Jail. The case remains under investigation as authorities continue examining the domestic dispute, the fire and the events surrounding Eckman’s death.
